Dr. James W. Tickel is a born leader. Throughout High School he was captain of his futbol (soccer) and basketball teams. To name a few of his sport awards, he was player of the year three out of four years. He led his soccer team to the Regional Championship three out of four years by either leading in most goals or assist. Now as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Tickel is paving the way for a new way of thinking in health care. Dr. Tickel is a leader in today’s Wellness Revolution. Leading his patients towards optimal health, rather than just disease treatment.

Dr. Tickel was educated as an undergraduate at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and completed his studies at New College of California in San Francisco. He is also a graduate of Life College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia. One of seven chiropractors in his family, Dr. Tickel has traveled all over the globe and often speaks at various healing seminars across the country. Though, at the end of a day, he still holds true to his Midwestern roots, being born at home and raised in Oswego, a quiet suburb of Chicago. Dr. Tickel has been a part of numerous chiropractic mission trips including one to Vidin, Bulgaria where over 13,000 people were touched and miraculously healed. Along with world missions, Dr. Tickel has spent some time serving the people of Ireland. After all of his travels and studies, Dr. Tickel now brings his passion and practice to the Chicagoland area to serve and educate others on human potential.
